Shipping and Returns
Shipping and packaging costs are provided by the artist and included in the price of the artwork. The artist will package and dispatch the artworks within 10 days of purchase.
You will receive a tracking code when the package is dispatched, which allows you to monitor the movement of the parcel between the countries or even inside one country.
Depending on the country of origin and the final destination, some orders may be subject to fees. Customs fees are based on duties, taxes, etc and are not included in the price at checkout. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Customs and/or import charges are non-refundable.
If you made a mistake and want to cancel an order, please contact us by email and we do our best to cancel it before it is shipped.
All returns and refunds must be requested for within 7 days of receiving the shipment. This includes damaged artworks. In case of damaged shipments, you should also notify the courier.
The customer is responsible for the return. Make sure the artwork is properly packaged for shipment. It's recommended that you use the original packaging. Please contact us if you need help with returns and refunds.
When the artist has received the returned artwork, we will process the refund.
